Visit Sagunto
The visit to Sagunto begins in the Iberian period. That was when the town was created, and it would later become one of the most important in the entire Roman Empire. Learn about its different names over the centuries and the history of General Hannibal, and visit the Roman Theatre, renovated in the 90s.
A perfect visit for families and groups of schoolchildren who come to learn more about Valencia and want to discover the surroundings as well. You can combine this tour with a visit to the Caves of San José in Vall d’Uixò, the longest underground river in Europe. The origin of its waters is still unknown today.
Duration: Approximately 2 hours.
